Welcoming DeRon Terry to the BFT Team! 💜

We are thrilled to welcome DeRon Terry to the Bringing Families Together family! DeRon joined our Case Management Team in January 2025 as a Family Service Worker and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and heart to our mission.
With M.S., M.A., and B.S. degrees and professional experience as a Family Advocate, Crisis Specialist, and Case Manager, DeRon comes to BFT with a strong foundation in serving children and families with compassion and care.
When asked about his favorite part of the job, DeRon said:
"My favorite thing about working at BFT is the children and the babies."
It’s no surprise to us—around here, DeRon is already known as “the baby whisperer!”
His gentle nature and genuine connection with our youngest children have not gone unnoticed, and we’re lucky to have him on the team.
As a Family Service Worker, DeRon is part of our Case Management Team, working to ensure children in foster care are safe, stable, and supported. He helps guide families toward reunification or another safe, loving permanent placement.
At BFT, we believe every child deserves a forever—and we’re proud to have DeRon helping make that happen.
