💜 Welcome to the Team: Kyle Dunn

ree

We’re excited to introduce Kyle Dunn, who joined our Transitional Living Team in June 2025 as a TLSS Specialist!

Kyle works with teens and young adults in our Transitional Living Program, helping youth prepare for independence and providing guidance so they can confidently step into adulthood when they leave foster care. His favorite part of the role?

“My favorite thing about working at BFT is seeing the young adults come into our Transitional Living Program with limited independent life skills and exit the program with guidance and understanding of what's needed to become independent as an adult daily.”

Kyle brings a strong background in youth support and recreation, holding a B.S. in Corporate Recreation and Wellness, and previously serving as an Overnight Supervisor, Recreation Assistant and Direct Care staff at Marygrove. He also has a deep passion for sports, having been part of the NCAA’s 2009 Football Coaching Staff of the Year.

Since joining BFT, Kyle has jumped right in, supporting TLSS monthly trainings in June, July, and August to help youth grow skills and confidence (read more here). He’s also been a part of our Loving the Girl in the Mirror TLSS training, taking male youth out shopping while the girls practiced self-care and mirror confidence (read more here).

Kyle’s dedication and leadership have already made an impact, and he was recently highlighted as one of the Men of BFT for serving as a strong role model to youth in our programs (read more here).

💜 Kyle, thank you for bringing your energy, expertise, and heart to our Transitional Living Team. We’re so glad you’re here!
