Welcome ReShara “Shae” Brown to the BFT Team! 💜

We are excited to welcome ReShara “Shae” Brown to the Bringing Families Together family! Shae joined our Case Management Team in February 2025 as a Family Service Worker / Case Aide, and we are so grateful to have her on board supporting our mission and the incredible children and families we serve.

When asked about her favorite part of working at BFT, Shae shared:

"My favorite thing about working at BFT is the flexibility when it comes to my work-life balance."

We’re proud to foster a supportive, family-friendly work environment—and even prouder of the impact that team members like Shae make every single day!

As a Family Service Worker / Case Aide, Shae is part of a team dedicated to walking alongside families whose children have entered foster care due to abuse or neglect. Our Case Management Team links families with vital community resources, monitors children’s safety and stability in placement, and helps guide families toward reunification or another safe, permanent solution when reunification cannot be safely done.

Every child deserves a loving, stable home—and our team is committed to making that a reality.
