We’re excited to introduce another incredible addition to our Bringing Families Together family — Gillian Blount, who joined our Case Management Team in July 2025 as a Family Service Worker!

Gillian brings both passion and strong professional experience to her role, holding M.S. and B.S. degrees and several years of experience supporting children, youth and families across Arkansas. Before joining BFT, she worked as a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional and Case Manager, a Mental Health Technician, and a Care Coordinator.

Her background in behavioral health and family support has given her deep insight into the importance of compassion, consistency and connection in helping families succeed.

When we asked Gillian what she loves most about her work, she shared:

“What I love most about serving children and families is the opportunity to truly make a meaningful difference in their lives, to see their growth, and to be a source of support through every challenge and success.”

Gillian’s heart for service and her ability to see both the challenges and the triumphs make her a wonderful fit for our Case Management Team. We’re so happy to have her with us — and we can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll continue to make with the children and families we serve.
