💜 Welcome to the Team: Ashley Smith

ree

We’re excited to introduce Ashley Smith, who joined our Case Management Team in October 2025 as a Family Service Worker!

Ashley brings a strong background in behavioral health and education, having served as a Crisis Response Clinician with Behavioral Health Response and as a substitute teacher with both the Hazelwood School District and Confluence Academy. Her experience equips her to support children and families through challenges while helping them build stability and resilience.

When asked what she loves most about working at BFT, Ashley shared:

“One thing I love about working for BFT is the warm welcome I received starting from day one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel like I am a part of the family. Whenever I have a question or concern, I feel supported and seen.”

Ashley’s dedication to supporting families and her approachable, compassionate presence make her an incredible addition to our team. 💜

We’re so glad to have Ashley with us, and we look forward to seeing the difference she’ll continue to make in the lives of the children and families we serve!
