12-years-old | 6th grade

Ronald

Ronald is a friendly 12-year-old boy. A perfect day for Ronald is spent playing outside in the fresh air! This sweet kiddo is appreciated for his kind heart and loves a good game of hide-n-seek or tag. Ronald also loves playing laser tag. If the clouds are out, he likes playing video games and with action figures.

Ronald is a loving and caring child who does well with adults and has good friendships with older peers. He can see himself as a professional YouTuber when he grows up. Black is his favorite color, and Ronald has a soft spot for dogs. He recently learned ramen noodles are quite tasty, and he loves Taco Bell.

Ronald is entering the 6th grade for the 2023-24 school year and has an Individual Education Plan to assist him as he is academically delayed. He always enjoys art.

Overall, Ronald is physically healthy. He is prescribed medication, which he takes daily. Ronald attends weekly trauma-focused individual therapy.

Ronald hopes to have pets in his family, in particular a dog. He has significant connections to maintain following placement. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services. This is not a legal risk placement as termination of parental rights has occurred.

Ronald would do best in a Christian family with a single mom or a mom and a dad, where he is the oldest child in the home; however, all family types will be considered for Ronald.

Home-studied families from all states will be considered. The ideal adoptive family for Ronald would also have trauma informed parenting experience and behavioral training, and should be Level A trained or be willing to complete Level A training. The adoptive family also should have a strong support network and be able to establish consistent, firm, but loving rules and consequences.
