Family Service Worker | Case Management Team
At Bringing Families Together, we believe success is about more than milestones—it’s about the people who walk alongside families every step of the way. This month, we’re excited to celebrate one of those people: Zylinnea “Zee” Rogers, our September Employee of the Month!
Zee joined BFT in January 2025 as a Family Service Worker on our Case Management Team, bringing with her a B.A. and a passion for supporting families in meaningful ways. From the start, she’s stood out for her warmth, dedication, and ability to connect with children and parents alike.
When asked about her favorite part of the work, Zee shared:
“My favorite thing about being a Family Service Worker is watching the families and children succeed! I also love building relationships with my families. I want families/children to know that they always have someone there for them, not only to help with challenges, but to celebrate their accomplishments too!”
That commitment to celebrating the wins as much as supporting through the struggles is at the heart of Zee’s approach. Families know they can count on her not only for guidance, but also for encouragement—reminders that their achievements matter, big or small.
It’s that balance of support and celebration that makes Zee such a valued member of our team. She is a true teammate who leads with both heart and hope.
Zee, thank you for showing families (and all of us) that success isn’t just about overcoming challenges, but also about pausing to honor progress. We’re proud to recognize you this month.
