We take a moment to highlight one exceptional team member each month who has gone above and beyond in their role. This month, we are thrilled to recognize JeanAnn Lovins as our Employee of the Month for November!
JeanAnn Lovins has shown remarkable dedication and compassion in her work with the children and families we support. Over the past month, she has been recognized by her peers for continuously demonstrating exceptional care and commitment to our mission of strengthening families and children.
We are fortunate to have JeanAnn on our team and appreciate all she does for our children and families! She is a Home Visitation Specialist on our Home Visitation Team and has been with BFT for almost a year and a half now. JeanAnn says that her favorite thing about BFT is:
"My favorite thing about working for BFT is the program itself. BFT strives to provide support and make a difference for families. I love that we get to work hand in hand with our families to make their lives better.”
A little more about JeanAnn - she holds a B.A., and she started with us in July 2023. During her time with BFT, JeanAnn's work has been a reflection of the values we hold dear at BFT: integrity, compassion and a relentless commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our children and families and the community.
We are proud to have her as a part of our team and look forward to seeing the continued contributions JeanAnn will make at BFT.
