Not everyone can lead with both heart and strength—but Regine Brown does just that.
Regine began her journey with Bringing Families Together in January 2023 as a Family Service Worker. It didn’t take long for her strengths to shine. With a sharp mind, a grounded presence, and a passion for serving others, she quickly stepped into leadership—first as a Lead Family Service Worker, and currently as our Foster Care Case Management Supervisor.
Through every role, Regine has remained true to what drives her:
“My favorite part is being a part of our families’ journey. The good, the ugly and everything in between.”
That honesty—that willingness to walk with families through all of it—is part of what makes Regine such a powerful force on our team. She doesn’t shy away from the hard parts. She meets them with compassion, consistency, clarity and care.
With a B.A. and a strong foundation in child welfare, both before and during her time at BFT, Regine brings both expertise and empathy to her work. But what truly sets her apart is her ability to lead from the inside out—uplifting her team, supporting our families, and keeping her heart fully in the mission.
To witness Regine in action is to see someone fully present for others—no matter what that day holds. She models the kind of leadership that’s rooted in care, accountability, and deep respect for every part of the journey.
