At Bringing Families Together, we know parenting isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to walk the journey alone. That’s why we host Parent Cafés—a safe, supportive space for parents and caregivers to connect, reflect and build community.

Rooted in the Five Protective Factorsresilience, relationships, support, knowledge, and communication—Parent Cafés offer real talk, real tools and real connection. Whether you're fostering, adopting or raising your family in your own unique way, our Cafés are for you.

We're excited to announce our next series of Spring-Summer virtual Parent Cafés, each with a powerful theme to guide meaningful conversation:

🌿 Tending to Your Garden

📅 Wednesday, May 7 | 🕙 10–11 a.m. on Zoom

Let’s talk about nurturing ourselves and our families—just like tending a garden, growth takes intention and care.

🗑️ Unloading My Garbage Truck

📅 Thursday, June 12 | 🕙 10–11 a.m. on Zoom

Parenting can come with a lot to unpack. Let's explore how to unload what weighs us down, renew our energy and move forward with more peace.

🏡 Pulling the Ones You Love Closer: Making Your Home a Refuge

📅 Thursday, July 10 | 🕙 10–11 a.m. on Zoom

How do we turn our homes into safe spaces of comfort and connection? This Café is all about cultivating refuge and peace in our daily lives.

✨ These free events are open to all parents and caregivers—no matter your story. Come as you are, and leave with encouragement, tools, and connection.

💜 Thank you for all you do. You’ve got this—and we’ve got your back.
