Welcome to the Team, Daqez! 💜

We’re thrilled to welcome Daqez Davis to our Bringing Families Together family! Daqez joined our Case Management Team in June 2025 as a Family Service Worker, and he’s already making an impact with his steady presence, dedication, and commitment to the families we serve.

With a B.S. degree and four years of experience in behavioral health, Daqez brings both professional expertise and a genuine heart for helping others. His background has shaped his understanding of how consistent support can empower families to grow stronger and stay connected.

When asked about his favorite part of working with children and families, Daqez shared:

“My favorite thing about serving our children and families is if I keep showing up this often influences others to keep showing up as well.”

That commitment to showing up—with compassion, reliability, and encouragement—reflects exactly what BFT is all about. Daqez knows the importance of strong family bonds, and his approach to working with families mirrors his belief in helping others find their strength and stability.

We were also honored to feature Daqez in our blog post, The Men of BFT: The Power of Male Role Models in Foster Care. In that piece, we celebrated the men on our team who provide guidance, consistency, and positive examples for children and families—and Daqez was a perfect fit for that message.
