About the Role
Bringing Families Together is hiring for the position of Intensive In Home Services / Intensive Family Reunification Services (IIS / IFRS) Specialist! This is your opportunity to make a difference for families and children!
The IIS /IFRS Specialist provides intensive in-home services that are strength based and family focused to families referred by the Children’s Division, who are in need of immediate intervention to prevent the children from being placed in out of home care.
The IIS/IFRS specialist must be capable of functioning independently, practicing good judgment and discretion in decision making regarding children’s safety and well-being.
As a professional, this position requires that one utilize good scheduling and time management to meet the needs of the families being served.

Requirements
Essential Responsibilities:
At least two (2) years post-degree experience in family and children’s services.
One-year experience in foster care per CD/Great Circle requirements.
Education, Skills & Other Requirements:
Preferred master’s degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field
Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other human service field
