Sometimes it’s the quiet, thoughtful touches—the ones that don’t scream for attention but leave a lasting impression—that tell you the most about someone’s heart. At Bringing Families Together, we see that kind of heart in JeanAnn Lovins, our May Employee of the Month.
Since joining BFT in July 2023, JeanAnn has brought her calm presence, years of early childhood experience, and a deep sense of dedication to our Home Visitation Team. With a background as a toddler teacher for over a decade, JeanAnn knows what it means to support families from the very start. She blends that expertise with a genuine commitment to walking alongside the families we serve, offering not just guidance, but care.
JeanAnn puts it simply:
“My favorite thing about working for BFT is the program itself. BFT strives to provide support and make a difference for families. I love that we get to work hand in hand with our families to make their lives better.”
But it’s what she does beyond the job description that truly sets her apart. At the recent Lincoln County Community Baby Shower, JeanAnn created a breathtaking balloon display. It wasn’t just beautiful; it transformed the space. Families walked in and immediately felt welcomed, celebrated and seen. That’s the kind of impact JeanAnn has—not just through her visits and check-ins, but in every small, intentional detail she brings to her work.
Whether she’s offering a listening ear during a home visit or lifting the atmosphere of a community event, JeanAnn shows us all what it means to serve with heart.
