Foster & Adoptive Parents Book Club Training - Virtual, 2nd Mondays

Are you struggling with feeding issues with the children you are caring for? We would love to have you join us for a series of four monthly book club trainings by St. Louis PARTNERS on the 2nd Mondays (thru Jan. 8th)! Food issues are a source of stress for many foster and adoptive families. 

That is why we will be discussing the book, Love Me, Feed Me: The Foster and Adoptive Parent’s Guide to Responsive Feeding by Katja Rowell, a family physician and feeding specialist. 

This discussion will leave us with actionable steps to address some of the most common feeding issues amongst the children in our care and act as a space of support.

There are many ways to participate in this book series! The first is to read the book. 

You will receive one hour of credit per 100 pages. 

You will also receive an additional one-hour credit for attending and participating in the book discussion.

You do not need to read the section to receive credit and benefit from the discussion. 

(Slides with some basic information will be provided so you will be able to follow along). 

This opportunity has the potential for a total of eight continuing education credits.
