Our Parent Cafés are focused on the Five Protective Factors - resilience, relationships, support, knowledge and communication! Parenting is hard, and we're here to help! Our Cafés are for ALL parents. You do not have to be a client of Bringing Families Together to attend.

Just as autumn reminds us that change and letting go can be a natural part of growth, families can learn to release what no longer serves them and make room for new possibilities. Join us as we explore the power of reflection, resilience and embracing change in our parenting journeys.
