Bringing Families Together offers adoption services to Missouri families seeking to adopt a child.  Services offered at this time are:

 

²  Adoption assessments- both international and domestic

²  Adoption assessment updates

²  Post-placement supervision

²  Guardianship suitability studies

Who can adopt?

 

DOMESTIC ADOPTIONS:

 

aAny individual or couple over the age of 21

aClear of any criminal and child abuse/neglect charges

aFinancially and emotionally stable

aMeet the guidelines for adoption established by the State of Missouri

Q  Ample space in the home for sleep and play

Q    Safety standards

 

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ADOPTIONS                                     

 

a     Individuals must be at least 25 years old

a     Couples must both be at least 21 years old

a     Meet the financial criteria as per the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services

a       Meet the guideline requirements of the country from which the child is being adopted
